About the role

Luxury Presence is a Series C proptech company that has reached 100 million dollars in annual recurring revenue. We provide an AI growth platform used by over 90,000 real estate professionals to scale their businesses. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the website launch process for our high-end real estate clients.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage up to 50 active client accounts simultaneously from the initial kickoff through the final website launch.
• Conduct 3 to 4 Zoom meetings daily, each lasting 45 to 60 minutes, to manage project progression and client expectations.
• Translate client goals into clear instructions for internal teams to ensure high-quality output.
• Track project schedules and resolve potential blockers to keep launches on time.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and secure 3 to 5 Google Reviews per quarter.
• Meet monthly targets for the number of completed website launches.
• Coordinate with the Product Fulfillment Team to integrate IDX feeds.
• Log all client communications and project updates within Salesforce.
• Participate in team training, mentorship, and the development of new internal processes.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in creative operations, media agency work, or software implementation.
• Proven ability to manage client meetings and project workflows in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to remain calm during complex project phases.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to learn new technologies independently.
• High level of empathy and a commitment to providing a premium client experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working with website platforms such as Shopify, Squarespace, or WordPress.
• Genuine interest in the luxury real estate market.
