Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support or systems administration role
• Ability to work from our Austin office on a hybrid schedule
• Strong understanding of operating systems and network fundamentals
• Capability to manage hardware deployment and software licensing
• Commitment to maintaining data security and privacy standards
