About the role
This position focuses on integrating AI into our client experience, working directly with customers to tailor AI capabilities to their specific workflows. You will translate client needs into practical AI implementations and ensure continuous improvement of AI output quality through evaluation and iteration.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the complete integration of Luminary AI for each client by crafting prompts and orchestrating workflows, adapting AI to their specific operational methods.
- Develop and customize client-specific AI outputs, such as document summaries, client memos, and trust recommendations, to align with their preferences and established standards.
- Establish and maintain a library of reusable prompts, configuration blueprints, and implementation methodologies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their decision-making processes in trust and estate planning, identifying areas to enhance AI effectiveness, adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Create and oversee the AI quality assurance system, including datasets for evaluation, automated assessments, performance metrics, and ongoing monitoring to track improvements.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to transform client insights into scalable platform features rather than isolated customizations.
- Assist in the sales process by showcasing AI functionalities, articulating the value of personalized AI solutions, and helping potential clients visualize AI integration into their practices.
- Lead post-sale implementation and refinement, taking primary responsibility for AI configuration, experimentation, and ongoing optimization.
- Develop implementation guides and best practices to facilitate the widespread adoption of AI across our client base.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with prompt engineering and workflow orchestration, possessing a strong understanding of how to make AI genuinely valuable in real-world applications.
- Ability to engage directly with clients, ask insightful questions, and translate vague workflow requirements into actionable product or implementation decisions.
- Solid technical understanding, including experience with prompt creation, building evaluation frameworks, interacting with LLM APIs, tool calling, agent workflows, or similar contemporary AI development approaches.
- Experience in measuring AI quality using evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or systematic methods beyond subjective assessment.
- Capacity to explain technical concepts clearly to both senior leadership and operational staff, with prior experience supporting enterprise sales or client implementations.
- A product-oriented perspective, with a natural ability to identify common themes across clients and consider how individual requests can evolve into scalable product offerings.
- A builder's mindset, comfortable with experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous enhancement of both the product and the processes.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with financial services and a strong interest in understanding wealth transfer and trust & estate planning in depth.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on producing polished, client-ready AI outputs.
