Product Manager - Cash Management at Lorum.
About the role
Lorum is seeking a product lead to manage our cash management suite as a standalone business line. You will oversee the strategic vision, P&L, and operational execution of products that allow financial institutions to manage liquidity, FX, and interest-bearing assets.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and execute the commercial roadmap, pricing strategy, and market positioning for cash management products.
- Integrate US regulatory requirements directly into product design to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with operations and treasury teams to automate workflows and scale infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering to manage delivery timelines, prioritize technical debt, and maintain a focus on core business objectives.
- Monitor liquidity flows, settlement speeds, and failure rates to optimize product performance.
- Lead integrations with ERPs, clearing banks, and liquidity providers.
Requirements
- Proven experience building or scaling complex financial products in liquidity, treasury, payments, or core banking.
- Ability to make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information.
- Deep understanding of treasury operations and the assets used by financial institutions to manage liquidity.
- Ability to challenge system designs to ensure they meet commercial and regulatory needs.
- Strong communication skills to translate treasury concepts into execution plans.
Nice to have
- Professional background in treasury hedging or interest-bearing assets at a broker/dealer.
- Experience scaling a product in a high-growth environment.
- Existing network of FX and fixed income liquidity partners.
- Knowledge of stablecoins, CBDCs, and tokenized deposits.
