About the role
This role focuses on the core infrastructure that enables developers to deploy and operate their AI agents at scale. You will define the future of our Agent Hosting product, a critical component for our customers' production workloads and a key driver of revenue.

What you'll do
Define the strategic direction and product roadmap for Agent Hosting, including new features, global availability, and pricing structures.
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the agent runtime, making it a trusted platform for mission-critical applications.
Drive improvements in areas like deployment speed, automatic scaling, and reduced latency so customers can operate at high volumes effortlessly.
Engage deeply with customers and analyze data to understand their production workflows and inform product priorities.
Contribute to the commercial success of Agent Hosting by increasing adoption and revenue.
Expand the capabilities of the runtime beyond voice agents to support a broader range of agent types.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with a focus on senior or staff-level roles, preferably managing developer-facing infrastructure or platform products.
Demonstrated technical understanding of distributed systems, runtimes, scaling principles, and latency management, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Proven experience owning products where large-scale reliability and performance are paramount, with sound judgment on trade-offs related to deployment speed, autoscaling, and cost.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams through clear communication, trust, and sound decision-making, without relying on formal authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy to leadership and engage in detailed technical discussions.
Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, growing company environment, with the ability to prioritize effectively and act decisively with incomplete information.
Nice to have
Experience building products related to serverless computing, deployment platforms, containerization, or compute platforms used for production workloads.
Familiarity with concepts like autoscaling, cold-start optimization, and multi-region deployments.
Understanding of how development teams deploy and manage software in production environments.
Previous experience working at a company focused on developer tools or infrastructure.
Familiarity with voice AI, real-time communication technologies, or telephony.
Experience with usage-based pricing models.
