Partnerships Manager

About the role

LiveKit is building the core infrastructure for voice-driven computing. We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to cultivate and expand our relationships with key strategic partners. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and business acumen to translate partner interest into tangible business results.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and expand LiveKit's relationships with mid-tier Global System Integrators (GSIs) and ecosystem partners, such as NVIDIA and AI model providers.
• Serve as the central point of contact between the sales team and special initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of joint testing and go-to-market activities.
• Establish a scalable partner program from its foundational stages, defining processes and best practices as you build.
• Drive partner engagement from initial interest through to measurable business outcomes, ensuring all relationships yield concrete results.

Requirements

• Prior experience in partnerships, alliances, or technical business development, with a focus on GSIs or technology ecosystem partners.
• Sufficient technical understanding to engage credibly with engineering and technical teams, comprehending the nature of our partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in nurturing relationships to achieve concrete business objectives, beyond simply scheduling meetings.
• Comfort working in an environment with significant ambiguity, as you will be instrumental in shaping an emerging program.

Nice to have

• Existing connections within the GSI or ecosystem partner landscape, such as with organizations like Snowflake or EY.
• Experience collaborating with companies in the AI infrastructure, model development, or data sectors.

• Familiarity with LiveKit's platform and its technical capabilities.
