Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a product manager to help us integrate artificial intelligence into our maintenance management software. You will report to a Group Product Manager and focus on delivering features that help our users predict equipment failures and reduce downtime.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to manage the product lifecycle from initial discovery through final launch.
• Collect and organize feedback from sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to prioritize feature development.
• Draft technical requirements and oversee cross-functional execution.
• Identify ways to apply machine learning to prevent equipment failure and improve maintenance workflows.
• Use AI tools to improve your own productivity in research, data analysis, and documentation.
• Perform quality assurance testing on new features before they go live.
• Maintain internal documentation to ensure team knowledge remains accurate.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Background working in an Agile environment using tools like JIRA or Productboard.
• Ability to manage roadmaps and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Experience working in a remote setting across different time zones.
• Proven track record of managing products from ideation to release.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret usage trends using tools like Pendo.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own time effectively.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve daily workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in the B2B or SaaS market.
• Prior work with CMMS platforms.
• Experience shipping features powered by AI or machine learning, such as anomaly detection or predictive analytics.
