About the role
Limble is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead and expand its user experience capabilities during a significant growth phase. This role reports to the VP of Product and will be instrumental in increasing product adoption.

Guide, develop, and expand a diverse team of design professionals.
Cultivate a design environment that prioritizes skill, curiosity, and user understanding.
Establish career paths and growth frameworks to support team expansion.
Promote a culture rich in data and feedback, with structured design reviews.
Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Product, influencing roadmap and product direction.
Champion the user's perspective at a leadership level, integrating UX into product strategy.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to link UX efforts to business results.
Work closely with Engineering to ensure design feasibility and quality.
Investigate how AI can enhance user experiences and reduce time to value.
Oversee technical writing and in-app content for clarity and usability.
Define and implement best practices for in-app onboarding and guidance.
Translate user friction points into scalable self-serve content solutions.
Maintain and advance Limble's design system for consistency and efficiency.
Set high standards for interaction design, accessibility, and visual quality.
Ensure UX research is an integral part of the design process.
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience leading UX teams.
A proven history of scaling UX functions within B2B SaaS companies.
Hands-on experience with Pendo, demonstrating the ability to use behavioral data to inform design.
Demonstrated use of AI tools to speed up the design process.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and in-app onboarding best practices.
Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CS, and Support.
Experience building and maintaining a design system.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
