About the role
limble is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to elevate our visual identity and brand presence. You will be instrumental in ensuring brand consistency across all platforms, creating high-quality visual assets for web, print, and motion, and collaborating with various teams to support our company's growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Guide and develop how limble's brand is communicated visually through print, digital, and motion graphics.
- Produce a range of marketing materials, including website content, campaign assets, product launch visuals, presentations, and internal/external communications.
- Incorporate motion and static graphics into sales enablement tools, email campaigns, social media, video content, and the company website.
- Manage design projects from initial concept through to final delivery and refinement.
- Work with marketing, product, and other departments to gather feedback, resolve design challenges, and align visuals with business goals.
- Serve as a creative advisor, balancing stakeholder needs with brand integrity.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional design experience, with a proven ability to scale creative output and mature brand identity in a B2B SaaS growth environment.
- Experience in developing brand strategy or positioning, not just executing existing guidelines.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of design principles including layout, color theory, typography, UI/UX implementation, and foundational web development concepts like Webflow.
- A strong portfolio showcasing strategic creative work, adaptability to change, and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical application in design workflows, with sound judgment on their use.
- Experience managing external agencies or freelance designers.
- Basic knowledge of accessible design standards (e.g., WCAG).
