Chief of Staff to the CFO
Job description
About the role
This position is centered on the CFO's portfolio, transforming finance, people, operations, and strategy inputs into coherent workstreams and reliable execution. The Chief of Staff prepares decision materials, safeguards the operating rhythm, and removes execution friction so that delivery remains swift and focused. Success requires sound judgment, precise communication, and the ability to advance critical work without adding bureaucratic layers. You will act as a force multiplier for the CFO, translating complex priorities into actionable plans that the entire leadership team can own. The role demands comfort with ambiguity and a proactive stance toward solving problems before they escalate. You will shape how the CFO's time is spent and ensure that the most important work is always visible. This is a hands-on leadership position designed for someone who thrives on building clarity from complexity.
