About the role
Life360 is seeking a Supply Account Manager to cultivate and expand publisher relationships within our advertising exchange. This role involves driving product adoption, guiding strategic growth, and ensuring optimal supply performance to deliver significant value to our partners.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Educate publishers on Life360's advertising products, audience data advantages, unique demand sources, and innovative ad formats to enhance partnership value and accelerate revenue.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts by applying a data-informed, consultative approach and translating performance insights into revenue growth strategies.
- Conduct regular partnership reviews, both virtually and in person, to strengthen relationships, assess integration health, evaluate demand channel performance, and identify new revenue streams.
- Monitor performance across your assigned accounts, tracking metrics such as ad requests, bid and win rates, DSP buying patterns, EID strategy, ads.txt optimizations, and revenue.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Technical Solutions, Demand, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate publisher needs, resolve technical issues, and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Contribute to the Supply team's broader market outreach by providing feedback, developing internal and external resources, and creating publisher case studies.
Requirements
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in publisher or advertiser account management, supply-side partnerships, or ad operations within the programmatic advertising space.
- Demonstrate a working understanding of the programmatic supply chain, including SSP/DSP interactions, header bidding, and ads.txt/sellers.json standards.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of publisher and/or advertiser accounts, with a track record of increasing revenue, retaining partners, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Strong analytical capabilities for identifying issues and optimizations using performance data.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for daily tasks and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to publishers.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and maintain a strategic growth focus.
- Willingness to travel quarterly for in-person partnership meetings and industry conferences as needed.
Skills & tools
- Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Domo, Looker, or similar BI tools is beneficial.
Practical notes
- The salary range for this position in the US is $80,000 to $123,500.
- Compensation includes medical, dental, vision, financial benefits, and equity.
- Life360 is a remote-first company.
