Director, Ad Solutions GTM

About the role

Life360 is seeking a strategic leader to bridge the gap between our ads product development and market execution. You will guide the go-to-market strategy for our emerging ads business, turning product capabilities into sellable, outcomes-based solutions for brand-direct advertisers.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end go-to-market process, including launch planning, cross-functional readiness, and field activation.
• Act as the primary advocate for advertisers and sellers during product roadmap sessions.
• Create vertical-specific ad solutions focused on metrics like household reach, purchase lift, and store visits.
• Develop sales enablement infrastructure, including training materials, narratives, and collateral.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal departments to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically within ad product strategy, solutions, or product marketing at a scaled platform.
• Demonstrated success in building GTM strategies and ad solutions from the ground up.
• Experience influencing product roadmaps and developing strategic partnerships or joint business plans with agencies and major advertisers.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders at the director level.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with incomplete information.
