Life360 seeks a Corporate Finance Manager to support its expanding operations. This role is central to financial planning, investor relations, and strategic analysis, requiring a blend of analytical skill and executive communication. You will contribute to key financial processes and partner with various departments.

What you'll do
Develop consolidated financial forecasts and analyze performance against plans, focusing on underlying business drivers.
Create executive-level reports on headcount, expenses, and revenue, highlighting critical insights for leadership.
Contribute significantly to long-range and annual financial planning, assessing the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
Serve as the primary finance partner for the People & Talent organization, managing headcount and payroll reporting.
Build financial models and conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer complex business questions for various stakeholders, including the CFO.
Support the Investor Relations team with analyses during quarterly earnings periods.
Assist with cash flow forecasting, special projects, and business acquisition integration as needed.
Act as a subject matter expert for Pigment, the FP&A planning tool, managing model logic and company-wide assumptions.
Identify and resolve inefficiencies in financial planning processes, exploring AI and automation opportunities.
Requirements
6-8 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance within a public company, with increasing responsibility and exposure to executive reporting.
Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, including building clean, adaptable models under time constraints.
Proven ability to produce high-quality analysis that balances detail with a broad understanding of the business.
Experience with an enterprise planning platform such as Pigment, Adaptive, or similar, with a deep understanding of its architecture and scalability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
A proactive ownership mindset and a commitment to building trust within the team, across the company, and in the systems developed.
Curiosity and willingness to use AI tools, with some prior exposure to tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
Experience with the Pigment platform.
Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
Hands-on professional experience using AI tools.
Experience managing cross-functional finance projects.
Background in M&A integration.
Proficiency in three-statement modeling and direct cash flow method forecasting.
Investor Relations experience.
Skills & tools
Pigment (preferred), Adaptive, or similar enterprise planning platforms.
SQL (nice to have).
Databricks, Snowflake (nice to have).
Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
Practical notes
US-based salary range: $125,500 to $185,500.
Canadian salary range: $145,500 to $171,500 CAD.
Compensation may vary based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

This is a remote-first position within the US.
