Libra AI is developing an intelligent operating system designed to unify workflows, data, and software into a single interface. We are looking for a hands-on intern to join our growth team and help us build our brand presence as we redefine how teams operate.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, X, and Instagram by creating engaging content from scratch.
• Design and run growth experiments to test marketing campaigns and analyze the results.
• Monitor the AI landscape to identify emerging trends and competitor activity.
• Organize and host online and offline community events and brand activations.
• Partner with the engineering, design, and product teams to translate user insights into marketing actions.
• Track and interpret performance metrics to refine our growth strategy.

Requirements

• Must be a recent college graduate.
• Completion of at least one prior internship in marketing, growth, community management, or content creation.
• Ability to work on-site in our Bengaluru office.
• Strong storytelling skills with a focus on hooks and narrative arcs.
• Demonstrated interest in the practical application of AI in the workplace.
• Experience treating content creation as a data-driven experiment.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external outreach.
• High energy for building and maintaining professional networks.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in event planning, content strategy, or influencer research.
• A track record of growing a personal or professional audience.
• Experience managing or fostering active online or offline communities.
