Job description
Revenue Operations Architect - GTM Systems Builder at Levelai.
About the role
Levelai is scaling its Series C customer experience platform and needs a hands-on architect to construct the GTM infrastructure from the ground up. You will own the design, implementation, and maintenance of the systems that power our revenue engine, reporting directly to the CRO.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop a high-accuracy forecasting engine using Gong and Salesforce data based on a MEDDICC framework.
- Establish deal desk protocols including pricing guardrails, discount authority, and quote governance.
- Design territory and quota models, including capacity planning and automated routing logic.
- Build a signal intelligence layer that routes product usage and intent data into scored queues for sales teams.
- Architect and deploy production-grade AI agents for research, sequencing, and pipeline briefings.
- Create an ICP scoring model that improves automatically as deal data accumulates.
- Maintain a live executive dashboard for pipeline coverage, conversion, ramp velocity, and NRR.
- Lead cross-functional GTM projects such as pricing updates and market segment launches.
- Align marketing and sales data to ensure a single source of truth across the organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy within high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies, specifically during the $20M to $100M ARR growth phase.
- Proven track record of personally building forecasts, routing logic, deal desk rules, and GTM automations.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
- Ability to scope projects tightly and drive them to completion rather than leaving them partially finished.
- Experience integrating AI tools like Claude and LLM-driven workflows into operational stacks.
- Capability to influence sales teams by demonstrating tangible value and driving system adoption.
Nice to have

- Background in managing outbound data infrastructure, including enrichment, sequencing, and intent data.
