Dealership Account Manager

About the role

Lendbuzz is hiring a field-based professional to manage and grow our dealership partnerships in the Annapolis, MD area. You will spend your time visiting local dealerships to build relationships, drive loan volume, and expand our footprint in the automotive finance market.

What you'll do

• Identify and sign new dealership partners to grow our network.
• Conduct daily in-person visits to existing accounts to provide support and ensure long-term loyalty.
• Monitor local market trends and competitive activity to adjust your sales strategy.
• Act as the primary brand representative to maintain our reputation and visibility in the region.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• At least 2 years of tenure in your most recent position.
• Ability to commit to a six-day work week with daily travel to dealership locations.
• Must live in or near the Annapolis, MD territory.
• Valid driver license, clean driving record, and full coverage auto insurance.
• Experience in auto finance or dealership account management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Bilingual skills in Portuguese or Spanish.
• Background in special finance.

Skills & tools

• CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Consultative sales and negotiation.
• Territory management and market analysis.

• Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions and bonuses.
