Dealership Account Manager

About the role

Lendbuzz is seeking a field-based Account Manager to grow our partner network in the Columbus, OH region. You will manage a territory by visiting dealerships daily to build relationships and drive loan volume. This position requires a commitment to a six-day work week and a focus on expanding our automotive finance footprint.

What you'll do

• Identify and sign new dealership partners to increase our market share.
• Conduct daily on-site visits to support existing dealers and ensure high levels of service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust your sales strategy.
• Represent the Lendbuzz brand to dealership staff and management.
• Manage your territory independently to meet performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• At least 2 years of tenure in your most recent professional role.
• Experience in auto finance or dealership operations.
• Ability to work a six-day work week with daily travel to dealerships.
• Valid driver license, clean driving record, and full coverage auto insurance.
• Must live within or near the Columbus, OH area.

Nice to have

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience with special finance.

Skills & tools

• CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Territory management and consultative sales.
• Negotiation and relationship building.

• Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped monthly commissions, and a bonus structure.
