About the role
lemlist is a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS company generating over 54 million dollars in annual recurring revenue. We are seeking a senior developer to transition into a technical leadership capacity within 3 to 6 months. You will contribute to our suite of sales engagement and social selling products while helping us scale our technical operations.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop fullstack features from conception to production alongside the product team
- Refactor existing code, resolve bugs, and optimize system performance
- Guide technical decision-making and ensure high delivery standards within your squad
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Transition into a leadership role to oversee squad output and technical direction
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience using TypeScript and JavaScript
- Proficiency in Node.js, React, and MongoDB
- History of building and maintaining web applications
- Fluency in both French and English
- Ability to work within the French timezone plus or minus 2 hours
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Background working with products that have achieved significant scale
- Expertise in advanced performance optimization
- Experience as a self-taught developer or a history of building side projects
