Senior Fullstack TS Developer

About the role

lemlist is a bootstrapped B2B SaaS company that has reached 54M dollars in ARR without external funding. We are seeking an experienced developer to build features across our entire stack while maintaining high standards for our sales engagement platform.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Architect and implement new product features from the ground up across frontend and backend environments.
• Refactor existing code, resolve bugs, and optimize system performance.
• Manage multiple development projects concurrently.
• Assist the customer support department by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Mentor other developers to improve team knowledge and technical output.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated history of building and managing web applications.
• Proficiency with Node.js and MongoDB.
• Ability to work autonomously and own complex project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with agile workflows.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Residency within the France timezone (plus or minus 3 hours).

Nice to have

• Prior experience working within a B2B SaaS startup.
• A history of self-taught development or personal coding projects outside of professional hours.
