About the role
lemlist is a profitable, bootstrapped B2B SaaS organization generating over 54M USD in annual recurring revenue. We are seeking an autonomous developer to lead technical initiatives and build features across our suite of products, including lemlist, Claap, Taplio, and Tweet Hunter.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Build and ship new features from the ground up for our frontend and backend systems.
- Act as a technical lead for your squad to maintain high engineering standards.
- Refactor existing code, resolve bugs, and improve system performance.
- Manage multiple project streams concurrently.
- Assist the customer support department by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Mentor team members to improve collective technical competency.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Proven history of shipping and maintaining web applications.
- Strong proficiency in NodeJS and MongoDB.
- Ability to work independently on complex, high-ownership tasks.
- Familiarity with agile development workflows.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Must be based in the French timezone.

- Prior experience working within a B2B SaaS startup environment.
- A background in self-taught development or a history of building personal coding projects.
