Solutions Engineer (AI)

About the role

This role focuses on the AgentControl product, helping AI engineers manage, release, and optimize their agents. You will serve as a technical expert, shaping the product roadmap through customer feedback and establishing frameworks for early-stage adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead technical evaluations and proof of value engagements to secure revenue from major customers.
• Build integrations, whitepapers, tutorials, and customized product demos.
• Partner with the AI SME team to document playbooks and best practices for scaling AgentControl.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure feature feasibility and alignment with market demand.
• Act as a technical representative in partnerships with organizations like Anthropic and DataBricks.
• Evangelize the product at industry events, webinars, and strategic meetings.
• Support internal enablement for the broader organization regarding AI and AgentControl.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
• Extensive background in building, implementing, or selling AI solutions at scale.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent system frameworks such as LangGraph, AgentBuilder, or AgentCore.
• Proficiency in evaluating AI agent performance using automated methods.
• Deep knowledge of LLM mechanics, including transformer architecture.
• Experience building or interfacing with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, undefined environments.

Practical notes

Compensation is based on US geographic zones for Level 4:

Zone 1 (SF/Bay Area, NYC, Boston, Seattle): $214,800 - $295,350

Zone 2 (Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago): $193,400 - $265,870

Zone 3 (All other US locations): $182,600 - $251,020
