Senior EMEA Marketing Manager

LaunchDarkly is hiring a Senior EMEA Marketing Manager to lead regional field marketing and event strategies. This individual contributor role focuses on building high-impact programs while working directly with Sales to drive regional growth.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the entire EMEA field marketing calendar, including owned events, third-party conferences, sponsorships, and executive roundtables.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and oversee vendor and agency relationships.
• Create unique event experiences that increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to align on field activities and ensure effective post-event follow-up.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as lead generation, pipeline impact, and budget utilization.
• Operate autonomously to define marketing formats and budget allocations.
• Support broader regional marketing initiatives, including digital and account-based marketing programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, specifically within events and field campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage an event lifecycle from initial strategy and budgeting to execution and reporting.
• Experience in vendor management and sponsorship negotiation.
• Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot, and event management tools like Splash, Bizzabo, or Cvent.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness when working across diverse European markets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with regional campaigns, localization, or account-based marketing.
• Experience working with specific European markets such as DACH or Central EU.
• Proficiency in an additional language.
