About the role
You will manage and grow relationships with large enterprise clients within your assigned territory. This role requires an independent professional who can navigate complex sales cycles and align our platform with the strategic goals of senior stakeholders. You will work within a fast-moving software organization to help teams accelerate their development processes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Act as the primary owner for large enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite and VP-level executives.
- Create and execute territory and account plans to drive outbound pipeline generation.
- Oversee the adoption of LaunchDarkly by coordinating with pre-sales, post-sales, support, and engineering teams.
- Lead complex deal cycles by organizing cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to influence sales strategies, positioning, and engagement models.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on closing deals.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles within Fortune 500 companies.
- Demonstrated success using a Land and Expand SaaS sales strategy.
- Technical understanding of DevOps, including CI/CD, automation, cloud infrastructure, and containerization.
Nice to have
- Recent experience working at an emerging technology software company.
- Proficiency in the MEDDPIC sales methodology.
