Data Analyst - Revenue & Metrics

About the role

LaunchDarkly is hiring a Data Analyst to join the Data & Analytics team in India. You will build dependable data models, automate reporting workflows, and support analytics delivery across global teams. Working alongside the Senior Data Analyst (Revenue & Metrics), Data Engineering, and business stakeholders, you will turn business logic into well-structured, reusable datasets and ensure key metrics are accurately tracked throughout the organization.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain scalable data models using tools such as Snowflake and dbt
• Convert defined business logic (for example, ARR calculations) into clean, repeatable datasets
• Implement and manage standardized metrics including ARR, NRR, and churn within the data layer
• Ensure metric consistency across all dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to automate pipelines and minimize manual reporting tasks
• Build and maintain dashboards that give reliable visibility into business performance
• Validate data outputs, spot inconsistencies, and reconcile data across systems like Salesforce and billing platforms
• Coordinate with teams in the US and EMEA to deliver timely, high-quality analytics

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering
• Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on work with large, structured datasets
• Experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Looker, or similar platforms
• Proven track record building and maintaining data models and dashboards
• Ability to translate business logic into data transformations
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
• Comfortable collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
