About the role
This role focuses on the early stages of a new AI product, AgentControl. You will be a key technical voice, guiding customers and shaping product direction. It's a chance to build foundational elements for a product that will redefine how AI agents are managed.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Provide expert-level technical guidance on AI applications and the AgentControl product to potential and current customers.
- Drive the initial adoption and implementation of AgentControl, gathering feedback to prevent customer churn and inform product improvements.
- Develop and document best practices and frameworks for Solutions Engineering that can be scaled across the organization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with company strategy.
- Create technical content, integrations, and demonstrations to showcase the product's capabilities.
- Act as a technical liaison for potential strategic partners in the AI space.
- Represent AgentControl at industry events and webinars.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in AI applications, including building, implementing, or selling AI solutions.
- Experience building multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AgentBuilder, or AgentCore.
- Hands-on experience evaluating AI agent performance at scale using automated methods.
- A deep understanding of Large Language Model mechanics, including transformer architecture.
- Experience building or interacting with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid foundation in software engineering principles and current market trends.
- Ability to anticipate future trends in the AI landscape and position products accordingly.
- A curious and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in undefined areas and building new processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for technical audiences.

- Salary ranges:
- Zone 1 (San Francisco/Bay Area, NYC Metro, Boston, Seattle): $214,800 - $295,350
- Zone 2 (Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago): $193,400 - $265,870
- Zone 3 (All other US locations): $182,600 - $251,020
