What you'll do

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance.
• Experience with IT budgeting and financial management.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with HR technology platforms, specifically Lattice.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP.
