• Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for your designated product area.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring products to life.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignment.
• Measure and analyze product performance to inform future development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of the HR technology landscape.

• Experience with AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with performance management, employee engagement, or compensation software.
