About the role
You will own the full end-to-end SDR workflow within the LangChain ecosystem, turning inbound interest and outbound campaigns into measurable pipeline using AI-native tools. You will partner directly with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and feedback loops that refine our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will leverage LangChain and LangGraph agents to automate repetitive tasks, allowing you to focus on high-value conversations and experimentation. You will act as the primary voice of the prospect, capturing insights that shape product messaging and roadmap priorities for the company. This position requires you to thrive in a fast-moving environment where process improvement and data-driven decisions are central to success. You will continuously test new outreach channels and messaging frameworks to identify what drives the highest quality engagement. Ultimately, your work will directly influence how LangChain scales its adoption across global development and enterprise teams.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit, needs, and potential value.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
- Capture and share insights from conversations to inform our sales plays, product roadmap, and agent development.
- Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to continuously increase conversion and efficiency.
- Use LangChain powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies.
- Work hours aligned with APAC region (2pm -10pm PST).
- Utilize AI and automation to build lists, enrich data, and streamline repetitive outreach tasks.
- Contribute feedback from early conversations to guide product enhancements and GTM initiatives.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure pipeline quality and channel performance.
- Explore and validate new segments and use cases where agentic AI creates measurable developer impact.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology (or strong curiosity and drive if you're early in your career).
- Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences.
- Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation you treat outreach like a craft.
- Comfortable with a mix of structure and ambiguity you can execute repeatable processes while improving them along the way.
- Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and shaping how next-generation GTM teams operate.
- Positive, persistent, and highly organized you follow up, follow through, and bring energy to every interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discipline in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
- Willingness to adhere to APAC working hours (2pm -10pm PST) consistently to align with global go-to-market operations.
Nice to have
- Experience using LangChain, LangGraph, or other agentic frameworks to understand technical product capabilities.
- Background in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or open source communities.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, or similar tools.
- Prior experience collaborating with tightly aligned Sales and Marketing teams in a SaaS setting.

- Compensation includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. Actual compensation will vary based on role, level, and location. For team members in the EU and UK, we provide locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
- On Target Earnings: $125,000.
