About the role
LangChain is actively searching for a Product and Solutions Marketing Manager to spearhead the market entry and expansion of LangSmith Fleet. This role is pivotal in translating the technical depth of our platform into compelling narratives that resonate with large enterprise organizations. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for a critical product line, ensuring alignment between engineering, sales, and customer success. You will be responsible for establishing the positioning and messaging framework that defines how we communicate value to the market. A core part of this role involves bridging the gap between complex product capabilities and the specific pain points of regulated industries. You will own the narrative that drives awareness, consideration, and adoption at scale. This position requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where agentic workflows are redefining software development. You will be measured by your ability to generate demand, influence the sales cycle, and articulate a vision that makes LangSmith Fleet the standard in the enterprise AI observability space.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the end-to-end launch strategy for new LangSmith Fleet capabilities in collaboration with product leadership and sales teams.
- Architect and own the core positioning and messaging architecture for Fleet, ensuring consistency across the website, sales collateral, and all digital campaign assets.
- Author a diverse range of content assets including technical launch blogs, executive solution briefs, detailed customer success stories, in-depth demo narratives, and analytical comparison guides.
- Develop sophisticated sales enablement materials such as tailored talk tracks, objection handling scripts, and discovery question frameworks for both technical and business stakeholder audiences.
- Partner closely with the demand generation team to convert complex product insights into structured campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Lead the development of industry-specific narratives and use cases targeted at verticals such as financial services, healthcare, and life sciences.
- Analyze and synthesize market trends, direct customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to proactively refine product positioning and strategic roadmap inputs.
- Construct repeatable sales playbooks and executive-level presentation decks designed to support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Define and manage the content lifecycle for Fleet, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with current go-to-market initiatives.
- Act as the primary marketing expert on Fleet, providing clear documentation and strategic guidance to sales, customer success, and partner teams.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing assets and iterate based on engagement data, conversion metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Represent the voice of the customer and the market within product discussions, advocating for user needs in roadmap planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure marketing materials meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and brand integrity.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the AI/ML developer tools landscape to ensure messaging remains relevant and technically credible.
Requirements
- Hold a professional background in product marketing, solutions marketing, enterprise marketing, or a closely related discipline within the tech sector.
- Bring prior experience working with B2B SaaS businesses, AI and Machine Learning platforms, developer tools, infrastructure software, or automation solutions.
- Demonstrate the proven ability to distill highly complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messaging for both technical and non-technical readers.
- Show a documented track record of supporting go-to-market efforts for organizations that utilize both sales-led and product-led motion strategies.
- Possess experience managing the intersection between enterprise sales cycles and self-serve product adoption channels.
- Exhibit strong written communication skills with the capability to produce high-quality content rapidly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Display capability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional partners including product management, sales, demand generation, and developer relations.
- Demonstrate comfort with strategic ambiguity and a proactive willingness to iterate on marketing strategies as the AI agent market landscape evolves.
- Have a strong grasp of marketing fundamentals including lead nurturing, conversion rate optimization, and pipeline influence.
- Be comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

- Demonstrate familiarity with the LLM ecosystem and the broader AI application development stack.
- Bring experience building and executing marketing programs for regulated industries such as the public sector, life sciences, or healthcare.

- Have direct experience with self-serve adoption models, onboarding optimization, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

- The successful candidate will be eligible for comprehensive benefits which include medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.

- Compensation for this role is structured within the range of $165,000 to $195,000 annually, supplemented with equity participation.
- This role reports to the Marketing team and requires a long-term commitment to the San Francisco-based operational model.
- Candidates must be available to start within a standard timeframe as dictated by internal hiring processes.
- Travel requirements are currently undefined but may include attendance at industry conferences or internal training sessions as determined by business needs.
