About the role
This position is for an experienced marketing operations professional to build and manage the entire marketing technology infrastructure. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth campaign execution and optimizing data flow across all systems. The role emphasizes an AI-first approach, actively integrating AI tools into daily operations.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the complete marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, defining its roadmap and ensuring each tool's value.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, permissions, naming conventions, and integration patterns across the marketing stack.
- Oversee the operational aspects of all marketing campaigns from initial setup through quality assurance, launch, and post-launch reporting.
- Maintain the tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation for paid advertising platforms.
- Ensure consistent and accurate data and audience flow between paid media, marketing automation, CRM, and reporting systems.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Lead strategic initiatives in account-based marketing (ABM) and product-led growth (PLG) by developing supporting systems and workflows.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing technology.
- Practical experience administering marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), customer data platforms (e.g., Segment, Zapier), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flow across various marketing tools.
- Demonstrated history of managing end-to-end campaign operations in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to create automations or internal tools using large language models (LLMs) or workflow platforms.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks like building workflows, debugging integrations, and scripting.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems independently without explicit direction.
