About the role
In this role you will own the end to end sales motion for strategic enterprise customers who are serious about deploying agentic AI at scale. You will act as the primary point of contact for complex deals, guiding prospects from initial discovery through to implementation and expansion. You will work hand in hand with technical teams and solutions architects to translate business problems into our platform capabilities. The position requires you to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining clear visibility for leadership. You will be responsible for forecasting pipeline, hitting demanding quotas, and articulating the value of a production grade AI infrastructure. This is a hands on role where you build processes as you go and help define what enterprise adoption looks like for our category. Your work will directly influence product direction and shape the long term success of our largest customers.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the complete sales lifecycle for flagship platform deals, ensuring alignment between commercial and technical stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery sessions with executive sponsors and technical decision makers to uncover high value use cases.
- Design and lead tailored proof of concept projects that showcase the power of our LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
- Articulate the strategic advantages of observability, evaluation, and fleet management tools to de risk adoption for large organizations.
- Partner with deployment and success teams to create smooth onboarding experiences and drive time to value.
- Navigate complex legal and procurement processes, managing contract redlining and terms with precision.
- Synthesize customer feedback and usage patterns to inform product enhancements and future platform direction.
- Develop and refine sales playbooks, battlecards, and enablement materials based on real world deal experiences.
- Collaborate with solutions engineering to build compelling technical narratives for skeptical engineering audiences.
- Track competitive landscape changes and adjust positioning to maintain clear differentiation in a crowded market.
- Own forecasting, win loss analysis, and pipeline reviews to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Mentor junior sellers and share best practices to elevate the overall performance of the go to market organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data security standards in every customer interaction.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, reinforcing our commitment to innovation, reliability, and customer success.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise level clients in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to build rapport and trust with multiple stakeholders quickly during high stakes sales engagements.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills that enable clear articulation of technical concepts to non technical audiences.
- Show technical aptitude that allows you to earn credibility with engineering decision makers and understand implementation implications.
- Thrive in a startup environment where you are expected to help build processes rather than rely on rigid, predefined procedures.
- Exhibit persistence and resilience in overcoming objections and obstacles to close deals in competitive situations.
- Have a genuine interest in the generative AI space and its practical applications across diverse industries.
- Be comfortable managing ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information while maintaining forward momentum.
- Capable of balancing strategic account planning with detailed execution and follow through on commitments.
- Willingness to travel across Texas regions to meet customers, attend industry events, and support partner initiatives as needed.
Skills & tools
- Extensive experience with LangSmith for observability, evaluation, deployment, fleet management, and sandboxes in production scenarios.
- Deep familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents frameworks and how they integrate into larger architectures.
- Hands on knowledge of the LangSmith Engine and its role in optimizing language model applications at scale.
- Understanding of how to leverage platform components to deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
- Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives that address specific customer pain points.
- Experience working with cross functional teams to coordinate releases, deployments, and post sales success activities.
- Track record of using data and metrics to refine sales approaches and demonstrate progress to executive sponsors.
- Commitment to continuous learning in the rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI and related tooling.
Practical notes
- This is a full time position with a compensation range of $300,000 to $350,000 USD based on annual OTE.
- The role is primarily remote across the state of Texas, with flexibility for in office collaboration when appropriate.
