Key facts

What you'll do

• Implement and expand AI tools for around 30 users worldwide, ensuring they become a part of sustainable workflows.
• Develop and sustain data pipelines and infrastructure, integrating both structured and unstructured data from over two decades of proprietary and external databases.
• Collaborate with the investment team to boost research capabilities using AI tools for better analysis, monitoring, and idea generation.
• Link research and data systems to AI-driven workflows, creating reusable models and templates.
• Optimize and automate processes in accounting, finance, and performance reporting.
• Enhance business development and client relations through AI-powered client reporting and CRM tracking.
• Automate client-facing materials, such as presentations and regular communications.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability for accurate and auditable outputs.
• Oversee outsourced IT and vendor management across infrastructure, cloud, security, and privacy.
• Lead project management, ensuring alignment across timelines, stakeholders, and change initiatives.

Requirements

• 4 to 10 years of experience in delivering technology or data-driven solutions within a business setting.
• Practical experience with applied AI, data platforms, or automation, including handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in operationalizing data systems and integrating third-party sources into workflows.
• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions without direct coding.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and privacy, including managing outsourced IT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience in financial services or investments is advantageous.
