About the role
Lalamove is seeking a performance-focused marketer to manage digital acquisition strategies for our operations in Turkey. You will oversee paid media initiatives to support our logistics platform and drive user growth through data-backed decision making.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and run paid acquisition campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, TikTok, and Meta.
- Oversee marketing budgets to hit specific targets for leads, customer acquisition, CPL, and CPA.
- Review campaign metrics and user data to pinpoint growth areas.
- Create performance reports that provide clear insights for the team.
- Conduct A/B testing and ongoing monitoring to refine campaign results.
- Test new acquisition channels and growth tactics.
- Design user journeys that prioritize high conversion rates.
- Coordinate with influencer agencies and manage KOL or UGC campaigns.
- Work with product and creative departments to produce effective marketing assets.
- Lead projects that integrate paid media with SEO, CRM, and content strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing.
- Fluency in English.
- Background in app marketing and working with Mobile Measurement Partners.
- Practical experience using Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of PPC, SEM, conversion optimization, and remarketing funnels.
- Ability to use AI tools for automation, reporting, and performance improvements.
- Experience in managing external agencies and partners.
- Knowledge of content marketing, keyword research, and SEO.
- Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting data and executing strategy.
