Product Manager (Senior level)

This senior product manager position focuses on Kustomer's core platform. You will transform customer, marketing, sales, and customer experience feedback into actionable product roadmaps for engineering. This role involves end-to-end ownership of features, ensuring their successful completion.

What you'll do

• Define and implement product strategies for various platform features, aligning them with company objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure successful product development and launches.
• Gather customer insights directly and through success/sales teams, while monitoring market trends and competitor products.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from initial concept to final release, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Serve as the primary product contact between senior leadership and product teams, maintaining transparency on priorities and progress.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, specifically with platform products serving diverse users.
• A degree in a technical field or equivalent professional background.
• Experience with AI and its practical application in daily work.
• Ability to define solutions in complex problem areas.
• An appreciation for elegant design and a customer-centric mindset.
• A natural inclination for ownership, managing multiple large projects.
• Clear and concise communication skills, explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.
• A data-driven approach, measuring success by customer impact rather than release count.
• A continuous desire to learn about new technologies and market trends.

• Domain knowledge in Customer Experience, Customer Support, or CRM.
