I’m a cross-functional Web3 operator focused on driving growth at the intersection of product, business development, and strategic partnerships across both CeFi, DeFi, and stablecoin payment.
Most recently at RD Technologies, I managed the end-to-end onboarding of financial institutions onto the Circle Payment Network — collecting compliance documentation, coordinating testing environments, configuring production parameters, and being the point of contact across compliance, engineering, and operations for each partner. I also helped with selling our stablecoin acquiring solution to Web2 companies to establish strategic partnerships.
Before joining RD Technologies, I served as Business Development Manager at Posley Capital, an incubator of Vectis Finance. There, I secured and executed a $500K institutional mandate with a leading European asset manager and structured senior and junior tranche partnerships to support capital allocation strategies. I also led our brand and deal presence at Solana Breakpoint, converting high-value conversations into ongoing institutional discussions.
Previously at OKX, I owned the end-to-end launch of the Spark USDC staking product, coordinating across legal, product, audit, and go-to-market teams. The campaign drove $90M in AUM and onboarded 3,000 users within two months. I also led strategic analysis on wrapped BTC variants, contributing to a 30% increase in xBTC supply through targeted positioning and institutional engagement.
I began my Web3 journey at Term Structure (now TermMax), where I led the largest side event at Taipei Blockchain Week (250+ attendees), conducted 100+ user interviews, supported seed fundraising efforts across Asia and the U.S., and initiated early institutional outreach, including Digital Currency Group.

Worked closely with institutional clients like HotGroup to understand challenges surrounding ETH redemption, and collaborated with the product team to develop solutions, such as borrowing ETH through OKX Simple Earn and allocating additional redemption quota, to enable fast redemption.

Negotiated token incentives with EigenLayer to secure token allocations and set eligibility rules and caps for APR boosted campaigns; Coordinated with the product, internal audit, and technical team to complete product integration.
