People Operations Specialist at Kpler.
About the role
Kpler is expanding and requires a dedicated professional to manage the administrative foundation of our global workforce. You will handle daily HR workflows, maintain system integrity, and ensure our internal processes remain efficient as the organization grows.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding documentation, background checks, and offboarding procedures.
- Execute internal changes such as promotions and transfers by coordinating with IT and People Partners.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist the Payroll Manager with necessary paperwork.
- Administer leave requests, serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, and manage external leave vendors.
- Support firm-wide initiatives including engagement surveys and annual performance reviews.
- Manage the internal service desk by resolving employee queries via Jira or email, ensuring SLA targets are met.
- Develop and update the internal knowledge base to encourage employee self-service.
- Prepare formal HR documents like contract variations and promotion letters.
- Assist with compliance audits, data protection tasks, and reporting.
- Update internal policy handbooks and manage training content within company systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational scalability.
Requirements
- A degree or at least 2 years of professional experience in HR administration or People Operations.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations, specifically for Colombia, Brazil, the US, and Canada.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general digital tools.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment.
- Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive or confidential data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in French.
