Senior Project Manager, Salesforce

About the role

Komodo Health is seeking a project manager to guide teams through the full lifecycle of software implementations for our life sciences and healthcare clients. You will serve as the primary client contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while coordinating with architects and analysts.

What you'll do

• Lead project teams through discovery, design, configuration, and implementation phases.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, milestone trackers, and RAID logs.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines according to the Statement of Work.
• Facilitate workshops to define requirements and prioritize project tasks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while escalating issues as needed.
• Manage the change order process, including documentation of estimates and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine resource needs and team responsibilities.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks and uncover project insights.

Requirements

• Professional experience in project management.
• Background in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience managing software or custom development implementations, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in Waterfall or SCRUM methodologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work across global teams.
• Understanding of project management concepts, data modeling, and enterprise project lifecycles.
• Strong meeting facilitation and consensus-building skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or SCRUM certification.
• Experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications such as Admin or Platform App Builder.
• Prior experience with CRM or Salesforce implementations in the healthcare or life science sectors.
