About the role

Join the Mavens team, a part of Komodo Health, to provide long-term Salesforce support and strategic guidance to our life sciences clients. You will act as an extension of customer IT departments, balancing daily administrative tasks with complex release management and technical configuration.

What you'll do

• Facilitate weekly status calls, design reviews, and vendor alignments.
• Manage project documentation, including agendas, dashboards, and the Rolling Action Item Log.
• Define release timelines and assist clients with prioritizing release candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams like architects, developers, and QA to coordinate delivery and manage risks.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and estimate the level of effort for functional tasks.
• Handle technical builds, repository management, and deployment to higher environments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration specs, test cases, and functional guides.
• Execute System Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Perform user lifecycle management, data integrity tasks, and issue triage.
• Generate reports and perform data exports for customers.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certification.
• Strong understanding of the Force.com platform and application architecture.
• Ability to provide technical how-to guidance and advise on product enhancements.
• Proficiency in authoring requirements, system specifications, and user guides.
• Knowledge of project management concepts, including timeline tracking and effort estimation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries.
