About the role
As a Partner Account Manager, you will cultivate and expand relationships with marketing agencies and systems integrators across Northern Europe. Your focus will be on mid-enterprise partners, helping them integrate Klaviyo's platform to drive growth for their clients and their own businesses. This role involves strategic planning, co-selling, and ensuring partners are proficient with Klaviyo's offerings.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Identify, activate, and grow a portfolio of enterprise partners in Northern Europe, including the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Benelux, and MENA regions.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to help partners achieve their growth targets using Klaviyo.
- Manage a pipeline of lead referrals and co-selling opportunities with partners to ensure mutual success.
- Clearly explain the value of Klaviyo's platform, highlighting its advantages over competitors and demonstrating how it boosts partner profitability.
- Drive enablement and certification for partners on Klaviyo's tools to ensure they can deliver customer value.
- Operate with revenue-focused objectives, ensuring partners contribute significantly to Klaviyo's overall growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to keep partners informed about platform updates and integrations.
- Travel up to 25% of your time within Northern Europe to build relationships and attend events.
- Implement AI-driven workflows to enhance efficiency and build smarter systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an enterprise sales role with a consistent history of exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success in managing partnerships, growing partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and bookings.
- Experience with SaaS or eCommerce agency networks, particularly within the Shopify, Magento, or SFDC ecosystems.
- Strong ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Skill in identifying and aligning partner goals with Klaviyo's platform capabilities.
- Proactive, commercially proficient, and energetic approach.
- Collaborative, strategic, and creative problem-solving mindset.
- Enthusiasm for strong partnerships and delivering value.
- Prior experimentation with AI in work or personal projects and a desire to learn new AI tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK and Europe as required.

Practical notes
