About the role
You will lead integrated demand generation efforts across Southeast Asia, adapting global strategies to meet the unique requirements of local markets. This individual contributor role focuses on driving pipeline growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across the full customer funnel.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns covering paid, organic, lifecycle, field, and account-based marketing.
- Adapt global campaign frameworks to align with regional buyer behavior, language nuances, and channel preferences.
- Coordinate with BDR, Sales, Partner Marketing, and internal creative teams to ensure campaign timing matches regional goals.
- Manage campaign budgets, calendars, and vendor relationships across multiple time zones.
- Track performance metrics and collaborate with Marketing Analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for future investment.
- Represent Southeast Asian market needs during global campaign planning sessions.
- Produce necessary campaign assets, including copywriting and basic design, within a lean resource environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or integrated campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns across Southeast Asian markets.
- Experience managing media budgets across multiple regions.
- Proficiency in reporting performance against KPIs to executive leadership.
- Ability to work asynchronously with a globally distributed team and a manager based in Sydney.
- Experience operating in a lean environment where hands-on execution is required.
Nice to have
- Mandarin proficiency.
- Bahasa Malaysia language skills.
- Familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce.
