About the role
You will own the end to end management of key retail accounts within your assigned territory, acting as the primary strategist and relationship leader for each account. You will own the development and execution of tailored business plans designed to maximize sales potential and brand presence in each store. This role requires you to own the analysis of store specific data and translate those insights into actionable tactics that drive meaningful results. You will own the responsibility of forecasting and managing your territory to ensure consistent and predictable achievement of assigned revenue targets. You will own the creation and refinement of in store execution to ensure premium brand standards are met at every touch point. This position requires you to own the identification of new account acquisition opportunities and the strategic expansion of Kiva's presence within your market. You will own the partnership with marketing and operations to ensure local initiatives are aligned with broader brand objectives. This role demands you own the continuous improvement of sales processes and relationship management techniques to sustain long term success.

Develop and implement strategic account plans that address the unique dynamics and opportunities within each assigned retail territory.

Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key decision makers and influencers within each account.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities that align with Kiva's growth objectives and market positioning.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of trade spend, product availability, and marketing materials in store.
Leverage market knowledge to provide competitive insights and recommend actions that strengthen Kiva's position in the marketplace.
Manage territory coverage and time allocation to ensure balanced attention across accounts and priority objectives.
Support the launch of new products and initiatives by educating retail staff and consumers on features and benefits.
Track and report on key performance indicators to measure success and inform future strategic adjustments.
Forecast sales potential and pipeline opportunities to support accurate and reliable business planning.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to activate localized programs that resonate with consumer demand in specific regions.
Negotiate and optimize promotional terms to protect brand equity while driving incremental sales and distribution.
Represent Kiva Confections professionally in all interactions to reinforce the brand's premium positioning.
Requirements
Must reside in Central South New Jersey!
You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to perform job duties.
You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the premises where cannabis is sold.
You must have the legal right to work in the United States.
You must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

This Field Sales Representative role is based in Princeton, New Jersey, and requires the incumbent to reside within Central South New Jersey. The position is full-time and involves a significant amount of travel to visit retail accounts across the assigned territory.
