About the role
Join our team to build advanced algorithms that optimize global supply chain networks. You will translate complex real-world logistics challenges into mathematical models while working on our Maestro cloud platform.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Research and implement new techniques that merge heuristics with optimization methods.
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of mathematical models for supply chain use cases.
- Create and manage test plans, including unit, integration, functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with agile team members to expand our market reach and improve development workflows.
- Integrate AI tools to speed up the software development life cycle while maintaining high architectural and security standards.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, integration risks, and architectural alignment.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience with a history of shipping commercial products.
- Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented design patterns.
- Experience building mathematical models for optimization problems.
- Practical experience with commercial solvers such as Gurobi, Xpress, or CPLEX.
- Ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and models.
