I have spent more than 20 years translating emerging technology and complex operating problems into practical systems. Most recently, I founded and built Aether Forge, a production AI platform, from blank page through launch. I defined its operating methodology, AI behavior, workflows, governance, evidence systems, product architecture, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market while directing the engineering required to ship it. I also designed and operated a Git-governed multi-agent operating system coordinating ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Git Hub, automated routing, independent review, escalation, and explicit human decision authority.

The point was not simply to make agents work. It was to create an operating environment in which AI could do useful work without losing context, crossing authority boundaries, hiding uncertainty, or leaving the human operator unable to understand what happened.

Earlier in my career I repeatedly led technology-enabled operating change across sales, marketing, CRM, accounting, reporting, and project operations. I built proprietary SaaS and CRM platforms, led complex cross-functional initiatives, and advised senior leaders through ambiguous decisions where technology was only one part of the problem. Those efforts included driving 200% office revenue growth in one role and 300% sales and marketing revenue growth in another.
