On average, I organize two offline events per month in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi - from networking sessions to large-scale community meetups. I focus on connecting and engaging communities through interactive activities such as Gaming Nights, AMAs, and educational workshops. I’ve also helped bridge the gap between Avalanche and universities in Vietnam, organizing workshops, meetups, and Unitour programs that introduce students to blockchain technology and decentralized ecosystems.

KOL & Community Management: Cultivated relationships with top-tier KOLs/ KOCs and local trading communities to drive organic growth. Event Architecture: Spearheaded large-scale online competitions and interactive events to boost user retention and engagement. Discord Ecosystem Development: Structured and optimized Discord infrastructure, providing high-level technical support and bridging the communication gap between users and the core development team.

Community Infrastructure: Developed and maintained a robust Discord ecosystem. Event Coordination: Led regional moderators in organizing large-scale online tournaments and events. Strategic Liaison: Facilitated direct communication between end-users and the development team.

Participate in project promotional campaigns. Brainstorm ideas to bring the conversation back to the positive aspects of the project. Create a FOMO effect for the project. Become a speaker in AMA discussions and provide technical support advice. Write creative content and post on X(Twitter).

Create community rules, receive work/information from core-team and transfer to community. Plan online and offline events (AMA, contest, minigames, meetup, workshop...). Handling/provisioning for project Fub risks. Create topics and help members chat actively in the community and discuss the project. I connect the community with the project.
