Requirements

• A solid foundation in AI, computational methods, or algorithms, preferably backed by a PhD in a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in developing or modifying algorithms, rather than merely utilizing existing ones.
• Ability to approach problems from first principles and extend beyond your initial expertise.
• A hands-on, inquisitive, and flexible mindset.
• Excellent technical communication abilities.
• Willingness to take initiative in uncertain, cross-disciplinary settings.
• A genuine interest in applied research that connects with external stakeholders.

The focus of this role is primarily on AI rather than quantum computing. While direct experience in quantum is not mandatory, a willingness to engage with both fields is essential.
