Senior Field Marketing Manager, Northeast

About the role

Justworks is looking for a manager to oversee field marketing efforts across the Northeast territory. You will function as a local marketing leader, responsible for building revenue pipelines and fostering community engagement while partnering closely with regional sales teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a localized go-to-market strategy to meet regional revenue objectives.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize return on investment.
• Organize and host high-impact events, including executive dinners, workshops, and tradeshows.
• Execute demand generation programs, such as outbound sequences and webinars, to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to prioritize accounts and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Create localized sales enablement assets and ensure adherence to lead follow-up standards.
• Support partner referral programs through joint events and pipeline reviews.
• Track and report on performance metrics to optimize future regional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing or integrated marketing.
• Proven ability to manage localized campaigns that result in measurable revenue growth.
• Experience working directly with sales teams to align marketing efforts with territory goals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event logistics and campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and marketing analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies and results to internal stakeholders.

Practical notes

• Base salary range: $131,000 to $169,000 per year.
• Actual pay is determined by individual skill set, experience, and location.
