About the role
This role involves leading an Investor Services team, ensuring excellent service delivery for Fund Administration and Deal Services clients. You will oversee team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, collaborating across departments to enhance the Investor Services function.

What you'll do
- Guide, mentor, and develop Investor Services Associates and Assistant Managers.
- Be accountable for team performance metrics, including service level agreements, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point for resolving complex client issues, working with internal teams.
- Manage team capacity, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Champion initiatives for process improvement, automation, and operational controls, suggesting product enhancements.
- Create and implement training programs for new and current team members.
- Build advisory relationships with client leadership across your portfolio.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Operations to align Investor Services goals with company objectives.
- Report on team health, performance trends, and service risks to senior management.
- Identify new service opportunities and translate them into operational plans.
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in fund administration, investor services, or a similar financial services position.
- 2+ years of experience managing people, with a history of building successful teams.
- Extensive knowledge of investor services operations and the private markets environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities, using data to manage team performance and inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional relationships and unify teams toward common goals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience leading process improvement efforts and implementing operational changes at scale.
