This position focuses on creating engaging educational materials for new product releases. You will transform complex technical information into accessible learning experiences for users and internal teams. The role involves working with a modern technology stack to ensure rapid product adoption.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to develop enablement content for new features and go-to-market strategies.
• Produce responsive online courses using Articulate Rise, optimizing them for learning management systems.
• Construct interactive simulation content with Navattic and create video tutorials using Camtasia.
• Employ AI tools like Claude for content drafting, idea generation, and assessment creation to accelerate development.
• Coordinate with technical writers to ensure consistency between product documentation and learning materials.
• Manage project workflows and content review processes using Google Workspace, maintaining alignment with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Possess strong technical curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new product features, cloud technologies, and identity management concepts.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience or a high level of comfort creating digital learning content with Articulate Rise and Camtasia.
• Have experience with or a strong aptitude for building interactive walkthroughs using simulation software such as Navattic or similar no-code tools.
• Be proficient in using Google Workspace daily and comfortable with AI assistants like Claude for content creation.
• Exhibit an exceptional ability to simplify technical details into clear instructional copy and video scripts.
• Provide a link to a digital portfolio or work samples showcasing your technical storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience in content creation as a primary professional focus, with a history of developing diverse digital media assets.
• Proven success in transforming technical product updates into concise training modules for external customers.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, including creating learning paths and managing content.
• Prior work experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment with rapid product release cycles.
