About the role
JumpCloud is looking for a strategic expert to serve as a senior individual contributor within our Channel and Partner organization. You will act as the primary operational architect for our VAR, MSP, and Distributor ecosystem, managing the systems, data, and processes that fuel partner-led revenue. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of driving high-level strategy and hands-on execution from the start.

What you'll do
- Design and manage end-to-end operational workflows for partner onboarding, deal registration, co-sell motions, and MDF management.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures to ensure scalability across Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline, partner health, and ROI.
- Administer and configure Impartner to optimize the partner portal and deal registration processes.
- Integrate Crossbeam data into Salesforce to improve account mapping and co-sell opportunity identification.
- Act as the primary liaison to Enterprise Systems and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Finance to support channel compensation models and incentive structures.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including capacity modeling and coverage strategy.
Requirements
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Channel Operations, with a focus on partner-led GTM motions.
- Proven ability to build channel operations programs from the ground up for VAR, MSP, or Distributor models.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, specifically regarding partner account hierarchies and opportunity management.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Analytics and Enterprise Systems teams to deliver reporting and infrastructure projects.
- Expert-level command of data analysis tools and BI platforms for building complex operational models.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to executive leadership.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
- Willingness to work night shifts (EST hours).
