Jumio seeks a detail-oriented Product and Project Marketing Specialist to support its product marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in enterprise software project management looking to advance in product marketing. You will collaborate with senior team members to coordinate market introductions, manage launch execution, and contribute to strategic projects.
Key facts
What you'll do
Manage the execution of go-to-market projects, campaigns, and product introductions.
Coordinate with Product, Sales, Design, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of work.
Assist Demand Generation and Corporate Marketing teams with campaign execution and content needs.
Support customer feedback programs by managing feedback platforms and translating insights into messaging.
Prepare and refine presentations for executive and customer audiences.
Aid in competitive analysis and the rollout of related content.
Organize and lead meetings with internal stakeholders, tracking action items.
Conduct research on market trends and competitors to inform product positioning.
Contribute to messaging, positioning, and sales enablement efforts.
Help develop standardized processes for launch planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Support specific initiatives such as Sales Kickoff planning, Learning Management System migration, and a major product release.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in program or project management, product operations, or marketing operations within a B2B enterprise software or SaaS company.
Experience working within or supporting product marketing or marketing departments.
Experience supporting sales enablement content or large-scale sales events like Sales Kickoffs.
Proficiency in managing cross-functional projects from start to finish, including timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
Strong business acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Comfortable collaborating across departments and presenting to senior leadership.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Salesforce.
Experience with product launch workflows.
Experience with customer feedback or review platforms, such as G2.

Practical notes
Compensation: $70 per hour, subject to adjustments based on location, skills, experience, and final employment terms. Geographical adjustments may apply for Tier 1 locations.
